Guarantee

Sadie Jewellery is made to the highest standard using quality materials. To prolong the life of your jewellery, we ask that you take the time to review the care instructions so that you can enjoy wearing it for years to come.

Should it be necessary, Sadie Jewellery will carry out any repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, free of charge for a period of up to three months from the date of purchase. Thereafter, we will be happy to repair your jewellery for a small fee. Please contact via telephone or email prior to returning your jewellery.

Any jewellery damaged as a result of not following the care instructions, must be replaced at the customer’s own expense.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact Sadie Jewellery via telephone or email and we will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred.

Ordering

On making a purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page.

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted using a wide range of materials. Due to the nature of the product it can be difficult to match size, colour and shape of the gemstones / sea glass exactly to those shown in the images on the website, so please allow for some small variations to the images shown. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual item. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

All prices listed on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling inclusive of VAT.

Please note that items sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. The customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact the appropriate authorities prior to purchase.

Sadie Jewellery may offer discount and free delivery codes to regular customers from time to time. Please note that only one promotional code can be used at any one time.

Packaging

All items are beautifully presented and sealed in Sadie Jewellery white and silver branded pyramids with a description card for each piece. If you would like separate pyramids for each item, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

All packaging is recyclable, help protect out oceans.

UK ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS – £3

UK ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY (GUARANTEED BY 1PM) – £8.50

ROYAL MAIL EUROPE TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR – £9.75

ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL (EXCLUDING AUSTRALIA) TRACKED AND SIGNED – £10.50

All items outside the UK will be sent via Royal Mail tracked and/or signed to ensure a quick and reliable service. Based on the destination, delivery times may vary. Tracking numbers are provided upon request.

Sadie Jewellery aims to dispatch your items within 3 working days of receiving your order. If you need to receive your package any sooner, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note that orders need to be placed 12pm to guarantee same day shipping.

Lost / Delayed Post

Royal Mail is the most reliable and economical postal service in the UK. Very rarely for reasons out of our control, parcels can be either delayed or missing. Please let Sadie Jewellery know via telephone or email if you have not received your parcel within 1 week of dispatch. Outside of UK, please wait at least 2 weeks before contacting us. We will try our best to find and return your parcel to you ASAP.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your jewellery and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, via telephone or email
  • All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging in the same condition within 14 days of receipt unless faulty
  • The cost of returned items is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed by Sadie Jewellery
  • All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items
  • All exchanges and refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item
  • Please note that custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty
