Yes, you did see me on the TV… again!
I was absolutely thrilled to be invited back onto Escape to the Country for a second time! This time, for a brand new episode that aired on the 8th April 2026.
Returning felt incredibly special. After such a wonderful experience back in 2022, I never imagined I’d have the opportunity to be part of the show again.
A Second Feature on Escape to the Country
In this episode, Jules Hudson helps a couple swap surf and sunshine in Australia for a new adventure here in Cornwall, searching for a home full of character, charm, and coastal views. It’s such a beautiful episode, celebrating not just the homes but the creativity and magic that makes Cornwall so unique.
This time around, I had the pleasure of hosting a sea glass jewellery workshop for Sally and Phil as part of their house hunting journey.
Sally & Phil’s creative experience at The Sea Glass Studio
Welcoming them into my studio and guiding them through the process of creating their own jewellery was such a joy. It felt like a true reflection of how my business has grown. From designing and making, to now sharing those skills with others through workshops at The Sea Glass Studio
Sally and Phil were an absolute pleasure to host! Warm, open and completely embracing the experience. Of course, whether or not they decided to make the move to Cornwall… you’ll just have to watch the episode to find out 👀
There’s something so special about working with sea glass. Each piece has been shaped and softened by the ocean over time, seeing that moment when someone connects with it and turns it into something they can wear is always incredibly rewarding.
From TV Feature to Studio Growth: My Journey Since 2022
From growing into a larger studio space, to building a workshop experience that welcomes people from all over, it’s been such an exciting journey, one that I feel very lucky to be on.
Moments like this really make me stop and reflect. Being invited back onto Escape to the Country feels like a full circle moment. A reminder of how far things have come since that first filming in 2022.

✨ If you’d like to experience it for yourself, you can explore my jewellery making workshops here.
Alongside teaching, I’m still designing and making jewellery for my online shop and wonderful stockists, all inspired by the Cornish coastline.
I’ll always be incredibly grateful to have been part of this programme not once, but twice.
If you watched the episode, thank you so much for supporting my little corner of Cornwall. And if not, I hope you get the chance to watch and enjoy this next chapter.
All my love,
Sadie
